Wine, Spirits, and Food Education for enthusiasts and professionals in Oregon and Southwest Washington, and Wine Food and Spirits travel worldwide.
Tasting one wine, spirit or food tells you little more than if you like it. To fully understand and comprehend you must TASTE & COMPARE as much as possible, while gaining the information you need to raise that understanding to a higher level.
We are dedicated to bringing you outstanding learning and travel opportunities with tastings, seminars, and hands-on classes designed to guide you into an enhanced appreciation of wines, spirits, and food.

OLD WORLD/NEW WORLD- AN EVENING OF COMPARISONS
Is a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc noticeably different from a Sancerre? Or could you tell a California Cab from a Bordeaux or a Washington Syrah from a Cote Rotie in a blind tasting?
Classic Old World varietals have been rooting themselves in the New World for centuries, and between them, the wines can differ significantly in taste, aroma and style . But what factors make Old World wine different from those of the New World, and are the traditional distinctions between the two beginning to blur?
Join us for a fascinating (and delicious) exploration of the history and evolution of Old World and New World expressions of some of the world’s most iconic wines.
